The Vrdolyak Law Group Obtains $2 Million for an Injured Semi-Truck Driver

CHICAGO, Oct. 24, 2017 - The Vrdolyak Law Group has recovered more than $2 million for a semi-truck driver who was injured in a motor vehicle accident with another semi-truck.

The victim, a semi-truck driver with years of experience, suffered a serious neck injury as a result of the accident. Despite his injuries, the insurance company offered him no compensation, claiming that he could not have been injured because he had also been in a large truck.

The victim therefore retained the Vrdolyak Law Group, a Chicago-based law firm with experience handling cases against big trucking companies.

"It's very easy to cause accidents in the trucking industry, but it is also one of the hardest industries for someone to obtain fair compensation," said Edward J. Vrdolyak, Managing Partner of the Vrdolyak Law Group. "But we understand the complex details of big trucking cases and know how to win them."

The Vrdolyak Law Group spent tens of thousands of their own money to hire medical experts to prove that their client's neck injury was caused by the accident.

The Vrdolyak Law Group successfully forced the insurance company to pay over $2 million.

"Insurance companies representing the trucking industry will try to keep victims from getting what they deserve," said Steve Armbruster, Lead Attorney. "But we at the Vrdolyak Law Group have the experience, knowledge and financial strength to fight and win these cases."

The Vrdolyak Law Group - founded in 1963, has grown into a Chicago legal landmark. It is recognized as a premier personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation law firm, with a team of 20 attorneys experienced in a wide range of other practice areas. The firm has three locations in Chicago, and is led by managing partner Edward J. Vrdolyak.
