We now provide services for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) & Social Security Income (SSI).
To qualify for SSDI, you must meet two requirements:
1. You must have worked for a period of time during which you paid Social Security taxes and earned sufficient work credits.
2. You must have a severe medical condition that has lasted or will last at least one year.
If you have not worked sufficiently to accumulate work credits, you could qualify for SSI.
You may be eligible for SSI if:
1. You do not have enough work credits.
2. You have a low income.
3. You have minimal assets.
